What are some of the cruise amenities that we will get to enjoy?
Virgin Voyages offers luxury, adults-only cruising with over 20 specialty restaurants, a world-class gym, a spa, infinity pools, and vibrant entertainment. Wi-Fi, gratuities, essential drinks, and group fitness classes are all included.
Can I have my own room?
Single-occupancy rooms are available on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire for pricing and additional details.
How do I upgrade my room?
Room upgrades are available through a bid-style system, which you’ll have access to as we get closer to the retreat. If you’re rooming with someone, you’ll need to coordinate with them to split the cost of any upgrades. We’ll provide more details on how to place your bid as the event approaches.
Can I bring a drone?
Unfortunately, Virgin Voyages does not allow its passengers to bring drones on board their ships. Due to these restrictions, we’ve hired European-licensed drone pilots who will capture aerial photos and footage of the styled shoots, which will be shared with all attendees.
How many models will be at each shoot?
Each shoot will feature one REAL model couple to maintain a realistic "wedding day" storyline. However, we're also hoping to incorporate other exciting elements across some of the shoots, such as guests, wedding parties, rehearsal dinner, and more.
How big will my group be during the shoots?
Each shoot group will consist of 6-7 people, which may include a mix of photographers and videographers.
Will I get to interact with the VIPs?
Yes! VIPs will be actively involved throughout the retreat, from leading education sessions to participating in shoots. You'll have plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, and ask questions.
What kind of education will be provided?
The retreat will feature a mix of hands-on learning and expert-led sessions covering topics like luxury wedding photography and videography, branding, marketing, client experience, and breaking into the luxury market.
Will the education sessions be recorded?
At this time, sessions will not be recorded. The retreat is designed to be an immersive, in-the-moment learning experience.
What’s not included in my ticket?
Your ticket does not include flights to Barcelona or from Athens, as well as hotel accommodations before embarkation or after the final shoot. We strongly recommend arriving in Barcelona two days before the cruise to allow for any travel delays and ensure a smooth start to the retreat as we are not responsible if you miss the boat.
Can I use a payment plan?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make attending the retreat more manageable. A deposit is required to secure your spot, and the remaining balance can be split into multiple payments leading up to the retreat. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Once you confirm your spot with a deposit, all tickets are nonrefundable. Please ensure you're able to attend before securing your booking. Tickets may be transferrable with express permission from Wild & Roam
What documents are required for a US citizen?
You will need your passport and a free ETIAS travel authorization. We will help guide you through the process of obtaining a free ETIAS travel authorization that is valid for three years. We will provide as much information as possible, but please always check with your local government for all travel requirements.
Can you help me book travel?
Yes! We're happy to assist with travel arrangements through our complimentary partnered travel agent. Reach out to us for more details and personalized support.
What airport should I fly into and out of?
You should fly into Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) and depart from Athens International Airport (ATH) after the retreat. Please plan to arrive two days early to avoid travel/luggage delays.
Is transportation to and from the airport included?
While we are not including traditional airport transfers, transportation from our hotel block to the cruise port will be provided.
